As part of the Managed Service, we agree on set response times and continually monitor our performance in order to give you the best possible service. Need us on site within 2 hours? We endeavour to keep our promises.
Pro-Active Support
Any business relies heavily on their IT infrastructure. If this was to go down, any down time can cost the business a lot of money. Our Pro-Active service is to prevent such down time from happening. Using techniques such as remote monitoring and regular health checks, we can foresee problems before they arise, acting upon them to avoid that disaster waiting to happen. It's a bit like having a full time experienced IT technician working on site but for the fraction of the cost.
Preventative Maintenance
As part of your Managed Service, we keep things ticking over nicely by performing regular maintenance on your equipment. Disk cleanups, virus checks and even auditing can be carried out to ensure that your system is running at it's best. We will also audit your equipment, create an up to date network map and document everything that is important to the safe running of your system.
Performance Monitoring
Your business needs your IT system to run smoothly so work production is not interrupted. Our monitoring service will produce daily reports for the network and server. These daily reports will tell if and why the system may slow down informing our technician what the cause is. Any such event will be dealt with immediate keeping the business focused on running the company.
Free Auditing
NRD Computers will send out an experienced technician to do a survey on all hardware and software. This includes needed upgrades to increase overall work performance and improvements. Network and server surveys are also included to get the very best performance out of them. A detailed report will be made and produced at the next meeting to discus your options. This service is completely free with any Managed Service plan.
