Server Monitoring
An agent program will be placed on to the server to monitor the server, network components and PC's connected. The agent program will then send detailed information to NRD Computers technicians who will monitor for any problems on a daily basis.
Instant Alerts
An instant detailed alert report will be sent to us if a problem occurs letting our technicians know so they can then deal with the problem quickly.
Daily Reports
Detailed reports will be sent to us on a daily basis with information on how each hardware and software is performing. The agent can also detect if any software needs an licence upgrade.
Patch Management
On a daily basis the agent will search for any updates for hardware and software. It will notify our technicians which they can deal with appropriately.
Asset Tracking
The agent can also monitor if someone installs a program which they should not have done, if so we will inform our client and deal with the matter. Hardware across the network will be monitored will details sent if a component breaks.
